All through the Bible, the Lord tells us that He wants to answer our prayers. He wants to help us and do great things for us and on our behalf. "Call to Me, and I will answer you and I will tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know." Jeremiah 33:3. "If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you" John 15:7. "You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it" John 15:15 "We have confidence before God and receive from Him anything we ask, because we obey His commands and do what pleases Him" 1John 3:15.
